At Number HQ, we’re committed to getting your premium mobile numbers to you quickly, safely and securely. Below you'll find full details of our shipping process, delivery timelines and what to do if you experience any issues.
📦 Shipping Method & Cost
We ship all orders via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked as standard.
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £50.
Orders under £50 will incur a flat £3.99 shipping fee.
Tracking details are sent to the email provided at checkout.
⏱ Processing & Dispatch Times
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3PM (Mon–Sat).
Orders placed after 3PM or on Sundays/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically delivered within 2 working days, but may occasionally take longer depending on Royal Mail’s service volumes.
🇬🇧 Delivery Areas
We currently only ship within the UK.
There are no postcode exclusions or known delays at this time.
📩 Order Confirmation & Notifications
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
A separate dispatch email with tracking information will follow once your item has shipped.
If no email address is provided at checkout, tracking updates cannot be sent.
❗️Delivery Delays & Lost Items
On very rare occasions, items may be delayed or lost due to postal service issues. In these cases, we must follow Royal Mail’s official timelines before confirming that the item is lost. Once confirmed, we’ll take the next steps to provide a satisfactory resolution – whether that’s a replacement of similar value or a full refund.
If your SIM arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to issue a replacement for your original number.
If your SIM is confirmed lost in transit via Royal Mail, we will offer a replacement number of similar style, sequence, and value where possible.
If no suitable alternative is selected, a full refund (including postage) will be issued – no questions asked.
📄 Additional Info
We do not currently offer express delivery options.
All SIMs are sent with simple activation or transfer instructions.
SIMs are typically not preloaded with credit unless clearly stated in the product description.
